1. Who provides the services

MOSS & Magic services are provided by Lavinia Kroner-Holunga (hereinafter “MOSS”). Contact: contact@laviemossandmagic.com.

2. The nature of the services

MOSS offers one-to-one meetings, group gatherings and a circle of continuity, oriented towards reflection, reconnection and creative-intuitive exploration. These are accompaniment and personal development services.

They are not medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic services and do not replace consulting a doctor or a psychotherapist. If you are in a crisis situation or need specialist support, please turn to a licensed professional or to the emergency services.

3. Booking, payment and cancellation

• The introductory conversation is booked free of charge through Cal.com and creates no obligation.
• The price, duration and format (online or in person) of each meeting are communicated before the booking is confirmed, and payment is made according to the details sent by email.
• A one-to-one meeting can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge at least 24 hours in advance. For later cancellations, MOSS reserves the right to retain the value of the session.
• For group gatherings and the MOSS Circle, the conditions for registration, payment and withdrawal are communicated together with the details of the event.

4. Confidentiality

What you share during the meetings remains confidential, except where the law requires otherwise or there is an imminent danger to you or to someone else. Participants in group gatherings likewise undertake to keep each other’s confidentiality.

5. Intellectual property

All texts, letters, images and materials on this website are original works by the author and are protected by copyright law. Full or partial reproduction is permitted only with the written consent of the author.

6. Liability

Participation in the meetings is voluntary, and responsibility for the decisions you make as a result is your own. MOSS does not guarantee any particular outcome and is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or the services. The website may contain links to external platforms (Cal.com, Instagram) for whose content we are not responsible.

7. Dispute resolution

We first try to resolve any disagreement amicably. As a consumer, you have the right to use alternative dispute resolution through ANPC – SAL or through the European ODR platform. These terms are governed by Romanian law.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published at this address, with the date of the last update shown above.
